The building is divided into four leases, with two on the ground floor of 192 m2 and 458 m2 and two on the 1st floor if 198 m2 and 506 m2. The basic lighting in the offices is with up light lamps and the entrance has spots in the ceiling. It is possible to hire storage in the basement.
